Two of my favorite cold weather animals, polar bears and penguins!
The cake was first frosted with blue buttercream and then drizzled with white glaze around the sides. I added a 'e' shell border with white buttercream to give the cake a more finished look.
Before adding the polar bear and penguin I sprinkled on some snowflake confetti, I think it really brings the whole winter scene together.
Both the polar bear and penguin are made using #2, #3, and #8 round tips.
